Jimmy Ly

is the Founder of RS Ventures. and The Revenue Stack, helping founders design a Go-to-Market strategy and build a scalable revenue engine.

Over the last 10 years, he’s built and led revenue teams in SaaS, retail, real estate, and private equity. He has sold over $200M+ in revenue, raised millions in equity, and trained dozens of closers, operators, and dealmakers along the way.

He is obsessed with turning founder-led chaos into clean, repeatable revenue systems.

Rhea Sproule

is a managing partner of RS Ventures and a serial entrepreneur with a background in design and construction. She has built and scaled service-based businesses, along with a consulting practice.

As a woman in construction, she’s known for being both strategic and relentless by helping leadership teams streamline without compromise. Her ability to blend vision and execution makes her a powerful force behind the scenes and in the boardroom.

Newton Ly

is our strategic advisor. Newton is a sales leader, entrepreneur, and world-record-holding powerlifter.

With a proven track record in tech sales, he has led high-performing sales teams and built outbound systems that consistently generate revenue.

Before entering the tech world, Newton founded a service business and a physical product company, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges of building and scaling from the ground up.
